Graduation LONGemony

Never in my life have i wanted to take a mic stand and beat a Reverend over the head with it as much as i wanted to tonight. I went to a good friends graduation ceremony for the CLASS OF 09!!!! This girl has been like an older sister to me forever! Well for one when it comes to siting still i am like a preschooler and start to get fidgety after about 34 seconds of not moving or talking. The ceremony was goin good (kinda sorta) until this crazy Reverend with a bright red chunk of hair on his chiny chin chin came on stage and decided to tell his life's.. oh i dont know... EVERYTHING!!! He talked about what seemed like NOTHING for what seemed like FOREVER! Me and my sister K were practically weeping when it was finally over.. she said that people were not clapping because they liked, listened, or heck, even CARED what he said, but simply because he was done saying words! (Im sure he was a nice guy though) And to end the night the seniors graduated and there was much clapping! haha! Well after we talked to some people, me and my sister split to my other sister L's house where we are now having a SISTER SLEEPOVER! We have smashed our faces with chips, dip, caroots, banana splits, coke, and pink lemonade! Movies are great and theres nutin like spendin time with yours crazy sisters! I love them verrrrrry much. Now we just need to do about 80,000 crunches, and run 196 miles and we should be back to our normal sizes :)

Playin Guitar

So i used to be on the Youth Group Praise Band at my church for about a year. I was a singer along with two other wonderful chickas. Well thins got busy and crazy and DRAMATIC so i "stepped down" *cough* QUIT! haha! Well today i went to a band practice (after quite a while without being involved) and was now a guitar player. I had so much fun! I love playing guitar! OMG its great... but pretty dang hard. I dont want to be dramatic or anything but after about an hour of playing, my strumming arm wanted my other arm to rip him off and throw him very far from my crazy shoulder that wanted to play the guitar for a ridiculous ammount of time, my legs felt like there were shrunkin bearded gnomes gnawing at them viciously, and my fingers on my left hand looked like BUTT CRACKS!!! And after all that pain i went through.. i still find myself wanting to play MORE guitar (and also a gytronomus starbucks with new fingers on the side) Im not staying in the band, just helping for a gathering on sunday but i really did have fun! Now i just need to buy some underwear for my fingers....

Summer OMG

I thought that my first blog on this site should be on a topic that is totally deserving of the FIRST BLOG! So thats why its about summer! Oh wow, im so happy that summer is here. Now i know the feeling of when my sisters dog pees everywhere from excitment. If i wasn't a civilized human being i just might pee my pants. I have so much planned for summer 2009. I have already painted (well, almost finished) painting my room. With the help of my best friend C, my room is now a dark teal GORGEOUS color. I walk into my room and go eeeepppppp! haha! I love it. The only thing that ain't done is cutting in around the top... my mom said she would do that for me. I could go on forever about all the things i want to do with my room when i decorate, but i think i will save it for later. ANYWAYS, about summmmmmmmmmer! I have been out swimming in the pond and laying in the sun hardcore. Thats usually what my summers around the house consist of :) I also CANT WAIT to start 5-day clubs!!! They are like an hour long five day Outdoor Bible Club. Even though its hotter than THE DEVILS TOENAILS its still worth melting my face off to go make a difference in this crazy world one hood at a time with my uhhhhmazing friends! So many inside jokes were made last year i can hardly remember all of them..some included an old man me and K named Poppy (due to the fact that when he opened the door not only did HE pop out of it.. but his tounge also seemed to POP out a tad.....ummm creepy).. others included a hardcore game of SLUGABUG and the added SLAPASTANG and sooo many more.. all the way down to my dad almost getting killed by angry lesbians and making a YOUR MOM joke to a gate controller (im sure they were nice people) So as you see, summers are great! Theres so much more i plan to do and am so excited about everything!
